Our website is accessed exclusively via an SSL/TLS-encrypted connection (HTTPS).
This ensures that all transmitted data remains confidential and is protected against unauthorised access by third parties.

Server log files

When operating the pages, Google Sites automatically collects technical access data (e.g. IP address, date/time, requested URL, browser agent) for security and error diagnosis reasons. This log data is processed exclusively by Google Sites; we do not have access to individual personal log data and do not analyse it. Google does not publish specific storage periods; however, according to the general Google Privacy Notice, technical logs are only stored for as long as is necessary for security, fraud prevention or maintenance reasons.

Cookies and tracking 

• Hosting platform: This website is hosted via Google Sites. 

•  Necessary cookies: Google Sites only sets technically necessary cookies (e.g. ‘NID’, ‘ENID’) for the secure operation of the site.

•  No tracking: Statistics or marketing cookies (such as Google Analytics) are not active; your usage behaviour is not analysed.

On your first visit, a banner appears with the buttons ‘More information’ (leads to  https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies) and ‘OK’. The banner provides information about the use of these cookies, but does not currently offer an opt-in function for rejecting individual cookies. As soon as Google Sites provides full consent management, we will activate it and update this section accordingly.

Responsibility for our own content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with Section 7 (1) TMG (German Telemedia Act) and general laws.
We accept no liability for the accuracy, completeness or topicality of the content.

Integration of YouTube videos 

YouTube videos are integrated on this website in data protection-friendly ‘no-cookie mode’. Only when you actively click on a video will a connection to YouTube / Google be established and your IP address and any other usage data will be transmitted. The legal basis is your consent  (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO).

Protection of minors / USK 

Our interactive test environment ‘straptic’ is labelled ‘Released from the age of 6’ by the Entertainment Software Self-Regulation Body (USK) (No. 56686/25, decision dated 28 January 2025). Content is therefore not aimed at children under 6 years of age.

Storage period: Contact form data will be deleted after final processing, but at the latest after 6 months, provided that there are no legal retention obligations to the contrary.

E-mail communication

Enquiries and responses are sent by email to the above email address.
They are sent via Google Mail services using TLS encryption.

Here, too, personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO  and, in the case of contractual communication, additionally in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
